It is our intent that Unicon customers are satisfied with their
purchases, receive their products on time and are completely satisfied
with the quality and service that they deserve. We have drafted our policies so our clients know what to expect if something goes wrong. This protects both Unicon and the client, and will avoid any miscommunication
Defective Products
Should you come across any defective product after you receive it, please notify us immediately. Many manufactures offer replacement or
repair of defective goods, but as a distributor we are obligated to
inform the manufacturers immediately. The customer is responsible for
paying the return freight for the item. If the material is proven
defective, the return freight charges will be refunded in the form of
store credit, when a freight receipt is presented by the customer.
Exchanges are allowed for defective merchandise only.
Freight Damage
If you notice damage upon receipt of the goods, do not sign for them. If
you sign for these damaged goods, it will be your responsibility to
collect from the freight company. If these goods are refused, Unicon
can begin immediate negotiations with the carrier. Unicon will do our
best to prevent these situations from occurring, however there are
situations that are sometimes out of our control.
Order are on a first come first served basis. Please note that of
special arrangements for expedited service are requested, the material
will be shipped in this order. ALL Material will not be shipped until
paid for in full. Once paid for, these orders will be shipped the
following business day. We accept Visa,Mastercard,Amex,PayPal, Money
Orders, Bank Transfers.
Refunds: NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS, All returns will be applied to
store credit only.
Warranty Claims: All warranty claims must be handled through their
respective manufacturers. We will do our best to help aid you any way
